Exchanges and returns of the Pappin belt box are accepted for a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, the item will no longer be refundable.
This policy applies only to unused items.
Returned items must be in the original condition, including the buckle, tag, and booklet initially included in the box.
Returns must also be accompanied by the original purchase receipt, a return authorisation number, and the return shipping address.
